Living the Toyota experience
Nothing is better than on-site experience. In keeping with its commitment to innovation, Sentō Consultants, in association with David Meier (Lean Associates) and Mike Hoseus (Lean Culture Enterprises), offers introductory Lean tours exploring the origins of the Toyota Way. The itinerary includes visits to Toyota’s Camry plant and Trim Masters (Toyota’s supplier) in Georgetown, Kentucky.
Participants also attend seminars given by Toyota Production System experts, in addition to various introductory simulations. Here is an overview of the typical introductory tour program:
